It consists of a series of corrugated metal plates stacked together, forming separate channels for hot and cold fluids. The plates are sealed with gaskets or permanently brazed/welded, ensuring leak-proof operation. PHEs are widely used in HVAC, power plants, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and marine industries.Working PrincipleThe Plate Heat Exchanger operates by allowing two fluids (hot and cold) to flow through alternating channels formed between the plates. Heat is transferred from the hot fluid to the cold fluid through the thin metal plates, ensuring an efficient heat exchange process.
