Product Description

The Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) is an advanced heat transfer device designed for high-efficiency thermal exchange between fluids. It consists of a series of corrugated metal plates stacked together, forming separate channels for hot and cold fluids. The plates are sealed with gaskets or permanently brazed/welded, ensuring leak-proof operation. PHEs are widely used in HVAC, power plants, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and marine industries.

Installation & Maintenance

• Ensure proper alignment of plates and gaskets during assembly.

• Install on a stable, vibration-free surface to prevent damage.

• Use correct inlet/outlet piping to maintain optimal fluid distribution.

• Regularly check pressure and temperature settings to avoid overloading.

Maintenance Tips:

• Periodically inspect and replace gaskets if worn or damaged.

• Clean plates regularly using CIP (Clean-in-Place) methods to prevent fouling.
